The Sustainable Lifestyles Series is Dilmah Conservation’s Climate Reality Initiative's next chapter. This series will guide the everyday citizen on building a sustainable quality of life through a series of interactive lectures and workshops ranging from responsible shopping to harvesting from beautiful yet edible garden spaces! The series curator Sunela Jayewardene introduced the series and How to Live Smart, highlighting the importance of changing priorities and individual life choices as we adapt to the present reality of a changing climate. Sunela is recognized as ‘Sri Lanka’s leading environmental architect’. She consults on environmental design and sustainable development for several international clients and the Government of Sri Lanka, with environmental innovation being a central feature of her work.
