Dilmah Conservation has produced many successful environmental education and communication initiatives since its inception. Most of these initiatives were hands-on, active programmes and lectures involving in-person interaction. With the rise of the pandemic in 2020, engaging youth conservationists and the general public in-person was no longer possible, and events were adapted into webinars.
